Mr Gandhi is a well respected member of the MDT. He is practical, time efficient, considerate and respectful to patients and colleagues. He is a team player and is always willing to give his opinion in order to get the best outcome for the patient. He is flexible in working and is happy to help out even when its not his trauma list in order to benefit the patient. He is kind, approachable, reliable and willing to help all members of the MDT.
