Mr Gandhi is an outstanding surgeon who has an great relationship with staff and patients. He is thorough within his care and always ensures he focuses on patient centered care allowing patient’s to understand their care/treatment. Mr Gandhi is a valued member of staff within the trust who is approachable, polite, caring and empathetic and always goes out of his way to help others. He is able to teach staff based on their academic level ensuring teaching sessions are visual and prompt.
